Our cattle are raised at our farm without the use of synthetic hormones or steroids and fed only feeds that contain all natural ingredients. These animals are grain fed and when they have reached the optimum weight they are available for sale. Cattle are sold by the whole, half or quarter of beef and aged for 10-14 days before being cut to your desired specifications.
All beef sold at our farm market locations have the USDA inspected mark and are available in package quantities.
